Todd A. Justice started Atlantic Technology Services, Inc. in April of 2006 desiring to provide comprehensive, enterprise-level technology expertise to the Mid-Atlantic Region. With over 25 years of experience in business IT technology, he expanded his knowledge in Telecommunications, Access Control, and Video Surveillance. Todd holds Cisco’s prestigious CCNP Route and Switch certification and VMWare’s VCP 5.5 Datacenter Certification. He also holds certifications in A+, Network+ and CTP, as well as numerous manufacturer certifications. He is a classic car enthusiast and enjoys traveling and relaxing on the beach at Assateague Island with his two children, Nicolas and Katelyn.
Senior Field Engineer
Wallace Ritch, better known as “Buster”, has been with ATS since 2010 and has extensive knowledge in telecommunications and IT infrastructure. Buster has tremendous experience with Nortel, Avaya, Toshiba, and NEC telephone systems; as well as CAT5e, CAT6/6a, and Fiber Optics installation and troubleshooting. He is an avid dog lover and enjoys trail bike riding in his spare time, along with spending time with his wife.
VP Technical Services | CTO
Chad joined the team in February 2020 and came with a years of experience in the IT industry. He began his information technology career with NASA while attending Salisbury University. During this time Chad was a critical team member for various orbital launch missions. His experience expands from supporting a variety of government agencies and contractors such as Northrup Grumman and Lockheed Martin, as well as projects for the United States Navy and the Marine Corps. Chad is a true outdoorsman at heart and enjoys fishing, hunting, surfing and traveling the world with his wife and their three children.
Technician, Level 2
Brian joined ATS in March 2021 and quickly proved himself as a key aspect of our support services. He holds an A.A.S degree with a focus in Support & Networking from Wor-Wic Community College and has over 3 years of experience in the industry. He has a passion for IT and is continually honing his skills in computer information systems. Currently, he is actively pursuing his CCNP certification. Brian was born and raised on the Eastern Shore and in his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend and their new baby.
Technician, Level 1
Nick started his journey with ATS as an intern while attending Salisbury University. After completing his internship he joined our team full-time in October 2022. He received his Bachelors Degree from Salisbury University in Information Systems, along with minoring in Accounting. Nick is working on obtaining his certifications and assists the team in our daily technical operations and projects. In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching football (Go Pats!) and traveling with his wife.
Marketing Manager
Susan joined the ATS team in July 2024 with over 18 years of marketing and communications experience in varying industries including technology and propane/oil. She also has years of experience in freelance writing and graphic design. She graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts and a minor in Graphic Design. In her spare time, Susan enjoys serving in her church and spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their baby girl, who was born in February 2024.
