Todd A. Justice
Todd A. Justice started Atlantic Technology Services, Inc. in April 2006. Todd has a total of 18 years’ experience in business technology, and currently holds Cisco’s CCNP Route and Switch certification, VMWare’s VCP 5.5 Datacenter Certification, CompTIA’s A+, Network+, CTP certifications, as well as various other manufacturer certifications from WatchGuard, Barracuda, Toshiba, Inter-tel/Mitel, and Keyscan just to name a few. He intends to pursue higher level certifications including CCIE Router & Switch, CCIE Voice, and CCIE Datacenter. Todd’s focus is to provide enterprise level IT, Communications, and Technology Services to business clients on the Delmarva Peninsula. He currently resides in Salisbury with his wife Cathy and their two children.
Cathy oversees the daily operations of ATS to ensure that things are running smoothly.
Kent E. Parkin
Sr. Field Engineer
Kent comes to ATS with 20+ years of experience in the computer industry and has held several industry certifications to include CompTIA’s A+, Checkpoint’s CCSA Security Certification, several Barracuda Networks Certifications and Microsoft’s MCSE to name a few. Kent has experiences ranging from residential to Healthcare along with a wide variety of technical specialties to include Citrix and BackupExec to Endpoint Management programs. During Kent’s career he has held the positions of Systems Administrator and Sr. Associate for various companies. Kent has two children and currently lives with his daughter.
Data Systems Field Engineer
Derek derives from a technical background with over 3 years of professional IT experience. He pursued his A.A.S. in Microcomputers and Networking as well as his B.S. in Computer and Network Security. Derek has also attained industry standard certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+. He strives on innovative thinking, solving issues in a timely fashion, and client satisfaction.
Jr. Field Engineer
Lucas is one of the new additions to ATS tech team having started in June 2014. He comes to ATS with a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, where he worked extensively with stage rigging and lighting. In addition to his work at the Wicomico Civic Center and with T.E.A.M. Productions, Lucas also spent time touring in Europe with Feld Entertainment. He is currently pursuing a degree in Networking at WorWic Community College. Among his other accomplishments, Lucas also attained the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America when he was 14.

Ashley joined the ATS family in October 2013 having recently returned to the area with her daughter from Florida. Ashley serves as the Manager of Customer Care and her primary responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, developing marketing plans and company communication activities to include events. Ashley has over nine years’ experience in customer service, including two years in helpdesk, and she was a private business owner. Ashley earned an A+ Certification Letter of Recognition and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT Management.
Kara has been with ATS since October 2013. Our current customers know Kara very well since she has become the voice that they are accustomed to hearing over the phone. Kara is responsible for the daily operations of ATS by keeping up with everyone’s schedules and the coordination of billing and accounts payable. Kara is currently a Psychology major at Salisbury University and has nine years of customer service, to include five years of management, under her belt.
