Todd A. Justice started Atlantic Technology Services, Inc. in April of 2006, with the desire to provide comprehensive, enterprise-level technology expertise to the Mid-Atlantic Region. Todd has a total of 25 years’ experience in business technology that started in IT, and grew with Telecom, Access Control, and Video Surveillance. Todd currently holds Cisco’s prestigious CCNP Route and Switch certification, as well as VMWare’s VCP 5.5 Datacenter Certification. Todd also holds his A+, Network+ and CTP certifications, as well as numerous manufacturer certifications. Todd is a classic car enthusiast and enjoys traveling or just relaxing on the Assateague OSV with his two children, Nicolas and Katelyn.
Senior Field Engineer
Wallace Ritch, better known as “Buster”, has been with ATS since 2010, and comes from a long history in telecommunications and IT infrastructure. Buster has tremendous experience with Nortel, Avaya, Toshiba, and NEC telephone systems; as well as CAT5e, CAT6/6a, and Fiber Optics installation and troubleshooting. Buster is an avid dog lover, and enjoys trail bike riding in his spare time. Buster resides in Fruitland with his wife and dogs.

Chad Heller arrived on board in February 2020. Chad began his information technology career with NASA while attending Salisbury University. During this time Chad was a critical team member for various orbital launch missions. Chad’s experience expands from supporting various government agencies and contractors such as: Northrup Grumman and Lockheed Martin as well as various project for the United States Navy and the Marine Corp. Chad is an outdoors man at heart. He enjoys fishing, hunting, surfing and traveling the world with his wife of ten years and their three children.
Customer Success Manager
Matt Perry started with Atlantic Technology Services in February 2023. Matt has accomplished a wide berth of competencies in the information technology industry over the last decade, ranging from customer service, account management, and supply chain/procurement logistics. With a healthy appetite for new knowledge in the IT field, Matt enjoys spending time researching emerging hardware and software innovations, as well as practicing such in his personal computer lab at home.

Brian joined ATS in March 2021 and quickly proved to be a key aspect of our support services. Born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Brian has a passion for IT. With 3 years of experience in the industry, He has honed his skills in computer information systems. Brian holds an A.A.S degree with a attention in Support & Networking from Wor-Wic Community College. Brian is committed to expanding his knowledge in IT systems as he is actively pursuing his CCNP. In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with girlfriend and their new baby.
Technician, Level 1
Nick started his journey with ATS as an intern while attending Salisbury University. After completing his internship he joined the team full time in October of 2022. Nick received his bachelors degree at Salisbury University for information systems, with a minor in accounting. He is working on obtaining his certifications and assists the team daily operations and projects. In his free time Nick enjoys spending time with his family & friends, watching football (Go Pats!), and traveling with his wife.
